A 3rd Party unbiased opinion is the main staple of our ethics that is applied across the board to our Consultants.
We have a Company Policy in place that does not allow anyone Consultant to perform repairs more than once in a 12 month period. This is only negotiable if the client signs a waiver requesting that we allow a particular Consultant to continue. This is in place for a truly unbiased opinion and to protect our customers in the end. We can also offer to oversee a tender with two other parties to perform more extensive work.

The Foisey's have an advantage working together for over three years, with experience from different generations with Patrick Foisey (Dad) with 30 years experience in property assessment and Alex Foisey (Son) recent graduate from Mohawk College as a hotshot with an Architectural Technologist Diploma. Alex did his first year co-op with his dad in Fort McMurray, AB providing wildfire damage assessment for the insurance industry.
Now a father & son team and a recent (Homestars Best of Award 2020 winners) they pride themselves in offering only the service that you need, from a low-level inspection, offering first or second opinions, diagnosing problems, and moisture detection to higher levels like Certified Home or Commercial Inspections, as well as bringing in Engineers or Expert Witness for testimony at court.
